​BOOKING POLICY

• You will require a name, telephone number, email address, and valid credit card to reserve a bay; Note that your credit card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. Once you physically check-in at Be The Ball, the "hold" will automatically be removed from the credit card used for the reservation. 

• Be The Ball enforces a 24 hour cancellation policy. Anytime prior to 24 hours before your tee time, you may cancel your booking with absolutely no penalty or fee by clicking on the "Cancel my reservation" option in your booking confirmation. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours, please call and we'll attempt to re-book your time slot.   

• No outside food or beverages are permitted

• Please remember that bay time ends 5 minutes prior to the end of your booked time so that we can properly clean the bay and allow the next group to start on time. Thank you for managing your pace of play accordingly!

• Although we allow our customers to choose which bay they'd like to play in, we reserve the right to move reservations to other bays to optimize the tee sheet and allow for other customer bookings.
